Arrangements for Hill Climb, Sat 29th October
Hi,
This is just to let everybody known what is happening on Saturday. We will be meeting outside the Portland Building at 09.30 which should give us plenty of time to get to the event.
The start sheet can be found at http://www.busacycling.biz/hcstart.doc so that you can check your start time. I have checked and all 16 Nottingham riders are on the start sheet. It seems there are a couple of admin errors which may have to be sorted out on the day. James Lamb, and James Donaldson, I think they have used your middle name as surname.
A couple of reminders about kit, only Nottingham University or plain jerseys, no trade or Protour kit please.
We won't be back at Nottingham till about 7pm so please take enough food. The HQ is at a pub, but I am not sure how much food will be on offer. And don't forget ;
- Bike
- Clothing for before and after event
- Shoes
- Helmet
- Energy drinks
And a Turbo Trainer if you wish.

P.S. Something I forgot to mention in the e-mail, the AU user fee for BUSA events has increased to 3 rather than the 2 I quoted. If everyone can bring a 1 cash on saturday, it would be appreciated, rather than having to process 16 cheques each for 1!
