Travel to Hamsterley (3 hours) arrive lunch time
Set up campsite
DH course open for practice 1pm-5pm
This is a 2 night trip and the nearest shop is 3 miles away, so 3 days worth of:

Cycling clothes shoes etc
Team kit
Tent
Sleeping bag & mat.
Bike
Spare bits for bike that you usually break
Tools for weird parts of your bike that nobody else has and you usually break
Lube, there is mud up there so expect your gears to stop working
Bike lock
Bottle to stash lots of water in
Stove
Torch
Towel
