Hornton NPS4X
Hey everyone.
All i want to tell you all is how amazing the racing at Hornton last wekend was.The national champs came to my home track on the hottest weekend in british history. with a backdrop of thunder and lightning the day had an added atmospher to it. Unfortunaley i wasn't riding as i still have no bike but i'm looking so if anyone see's a descent hardtail/short travel full sus btw 500 and 1k then let me know. Although I wasn't riding i found it awesome, i was jumping up and down. The racing was close and to the wire. Pro's such as nigel page, will longdon, scott beaumont, dale holmes, the atherton brothers and other provided tight racing to the extreme. Nearly all of the races ended up with overtaking or crashes in the final corner.
anyway i'm not going to bore you with any dull race details but just to suggest our first trip for the cycling club this year should be to come to the last rounds of the national series. This happens to be the first weekend back at uni, a weekend of riding before the weather goes downhill and to start the year off with a trip would be excellent i think
