BUSA Hill Climb Entry Forms
In order to participate in this year's BUSA (British Universities Sports Association) hill climb, you'll need to download & print off the following entry form. It's completely free, as is the transport to get there. The event starts at 1pm on 25th October & entry forms must be handed into the cycling club pigeon hole (located inside the AU office in the Portland "PB" Building where we meet up before a ride) by THIS friday, the 10th October.
If for whatever reason you can't download/print, I've put a few forms which are half finished in the pigeon hole so that you can add your personal details & leave them there.

After downloading, print it off. Fill in your personal details at the top right of the 1st page. For club write "Nottingham University", & for district write "A".
At the top left of the 1st page the details to fill in are "BUSA Championship Hill Climb", "25/10/03" & "5-50" (don't worry about this - it is paid for you).
In section B (2nd page) fill in your name & club as "Nottingham University". If you've done a hill climb before then fill in those details there, otherwise leave those bits blank. Sections A & C don't apply.
Don't forget to sign the 1st page!

For the few members who havn't yet paid your 8 club membership, you can leave us a cheque for that along with your entry form in the pigeon hole, made payable to "U of N SU Cycling".
