XC Trip to Cannock Chase

The first XC trip of the year will be to cannock chase on Sunday the 8th of October. For those of you who don't have your bikes with you yet you will be able to hire one from the bike shop at Cannock.
This will be a good way to get to know all of the other XC riders in the club and the committee.
The cost of the trip will be 5 which is an absolute bargin, sign up by posting on the forum and leave a cheque made out to 'U of NSU Cycling' with cannock chase writen on the back, in the cycling pigeon hole in the AU office in the Portland Building.
Cannock chase has purpose built routes wich are mainly twisty singltrack through woods. For more information go to

Things you will need:
Water Bottle / Hydration Pack (at least 1 litre)
Helmet (club helmets availiable IF you ask on the forum)
Snack (lunch optional, they do AMAZING bacon butties)
Waterproof
Spare inner tube
Pump
