Dusk Till Dawn 12 hour race

The Marin Dusk 'til Dawn has run succesfully for the last two years. The event is the brainchild of Chipps Chippendale and Ken Ward. The event lasts 12hrs starting at 8pm running through to 8am.
The race sits somewhere between the Enduro 6 and the SSMM 24hr in terms of endurance. As Thetford is relatively flat with miles of singletrack its an ideal first time solo race and suits single speeders. The turn out last year was very impressive at almost 334 riders. There were some impressive lap times and the atmosphere was great. The highlight has to be as the sun rises and your settling into your last few laps.
This year sees some new event organisers due to Ken's retirement from organising events. This year should see an even bigger and better turn out with some slight changes to last years format and a new course.
