hemlock is awesome why dont we go over there more often?
its a 40 min ride for a 15m elevation?
It's ok in summer but at the minute the thought of riding out there doesn't motivate me much : /
im going to head over there saturday if anyone is up for it?
it'll be DH/FR but obv its hemlock so the XCers can try their hand at messing about, all welcome!
Depends how fast you ride it Andy, last time we went we chillaxed it and took us that long but if you do a decent 20kph you can get there in half that. Obvs. not on a DH bike though. And yeah just before the hols it was covered in slippery autumn leaves.
I probably won't make this ride as I'm getting my bike up that day, all depends on how early it gets here.
Hemlock breaks arms, fact.
Or helmets, in my case.
