London Bikeathon 27th June
Charity ride for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, held the weekend after we finish uni on a Sunday. The longest route, 52 miler, goes from well out in west London, at Ham House and gardens, through central and onto east London at the Thames Barrier, then back again so it's pretty much across London both ways, should be well good. You don't have to start in the west, you can start east or central if that's more convenient for you. Entry costs £12 and there's no target amount to raise for the charity, just as much as you can. Anyone interested?

I might be interested. Just getting all the bits for my road bike so that should all be sorted by then!
Sweet, I'm just doing it on my hardtail, gonna throw on some semi-slicks though. Gonna buy my entry within the next couple of days, also will see if my mate is up for it as he returns from China on Monday, he's a roadie so he will probs do it. I'm gonna start at Ham House, where are you thinking of starting?
Ham House is probably gonna be the easiest for me to get to I think.
I'm interested! looking at the pictures there are no road bikes though, any idea of the route?
