Cannock Trip Sunday 30th FINAL DETILS AND CONFIRMED ENTRIES

This outlines the final info for the Cannock trip this Sunday 30th and has a list of people who are confirmed as having a place - if your name is in this email then you're going!

On that note, we have secured extra transport and have two places left so if you've changed your mind and want to come or want to rope a mate in, now's the time!

Plan for Sunday 30th:

8am: Pickup from Tesco Express in Lenton, on the roundabout
9am: Pickup from Uni Park campus - Trent Building pay and display car park
9:30am: Leave campus (ideally!)
10:30am: Arrive at Cannock and ride.
Evening: head to Weatherspoons then home.

(Drivers - please all come to Tesco at 8.)

Cost of the trip is £10, payable in cash when we pick you up. £10 note would be preferable.

You need your bike, your helmet, cash for food etc. and a change of clothes - the drivers won't appreciate you sitting in their car in the kit you've been riding in! Stuff can, of course, be left in the van whilst you're riding.

As has been the case previously the success of this trip will depend upon the elimination of faff to ensure a smooth running - please be punctual so we can load up the bikes in good time and spend more time riding.

Hi,

Unfortunately due to some uselessness on behalf of the van hire company, we can only pick up the van on Sunday (the day we are leaving), which means we are going to have to delay our departure to the following times:

10am: Tesco Express in Lenton pickup
10:45am: Uni Park campus, Trent Building pay and display carpark pickup

We are sorry but there is nothing we can do about this, we're not happy but it's better to leave later than not have the trip at all. We ask you to be ultra ultra cooperative when it comes to pickup; no faffing, we need to get everything sorted sharpish so we waste as little time as possible.
