NUBike Christmas Meal - Thursday 8th December

Right so here it is, the annual NUBike Christmas Meal, pretty much the NUBike social of the year, don't miss out! Hopefully there'll be more sick on backs, stacking it on ice, getting lost in West Bridgford and fine pink sweaters.


The Mayfair restaurant has been booked for 7.30pm on Thursday 8th December. We have space for 15 people at the moment but can get more should there be more interest. After (around 11pm) we'll be going to The Forum which is only 5 minute walk away. (Hopefully will have some tickets for this too)


The cost for the meal will be £15 which will include the meal and some drinks provided by the club. The restaurant allows you to bring your own drinks so it would be good if you could bring a little bit extra to supplement what we'll hopefully be bringing too. I will be needing this money by Tuesday 6th December (If not received then I can't accept any more places as the restaurant needs the money by this date).


Can you please drop the money in an envelope off at my house (68 Kimbolton Avenue) with your name on it or leave it in the Cycling pigeon hole in the AU room in Portland (room next to the Treasury with big double doors, once you go in turn left straight away into a small corridor and look for the cycling shelf). Also I will be on campus every day from now til Tuesday near the Coates/Engineering area so call me on 07895005907 or the president Alex on 07958677810 if you want to drop the money off to us directly.


On the night, we'll be meeting up at someone's house in Lenton and getting a taxi over to the restaurant together. I'll let you know about this closer to the time.
